Test Engineer - Management Trainee

工作职责：

Job responsibilities：

1. 根据实验室流程完成检测项目并提交完整的原始记录；

Complete the test program and submit the complete original record according to the laboratory process;

2. 测试设备管理，包括日常维护，点检和设备操作；

Test equipment management, including routine maintenance, spot check and equipment operation;

3. 测试标准的研读，按照测试规范协助项目工程师准备/搭建测试，撰写测试记录并编写测试报告；

Study of test standards, assist project engineers to prepare/build tests in accordance with test specifications, write test records and write test reports;

4. 负责相关区域现场、安全日常及其他体系要素的执行，包含7S ；

Responsible for the implementation of relevant regional sites, safety routines and other system elements, including 7S;

5. 积极完成上级交办的其他工作；

Actively complete other tasks assigned by superiors;

任职要求:

Job requirements：

1. 本科含以上学历，电子电器类相关专业或机械设计类专业或其他专业优秀毕业生；

Bachelor degree or above, excellent graduates of electronic and electrical related majors or mechanical design majors or other majors;

2. 英语CET-4以上，能够顺利阅读英文测试标准；

CET-4 or above, able to read English test standards smoothly;

3. 熟练操作Word, Excel , PPT等办公软件；

Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT and other office software;

4. 性格开朗、有责任心、抗压能力强、有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。

Cheerful personality, sense of responsibility, strong ability to work under pressure, good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
